This privacy policy governs your use of the software Application/Service Muscien ("Application/Service") for devices that was created by Muscien Inc. The Application/Service allows you to stream Muscienc from Social Free Music, build playlists, and more.

• Application/Service will periodically determine your location, including your location relative to and within third party merchants.
